The rules and expectations for using AirbrushShirt.com and placing custom orders.
These Terms of Service govern your use of AirbrushShirt.com and your purchase of custom airbrushed products. AirbrushShirt is the online store of Perfect Image Portrait, located at 19730 Ralston Street, Highland Park, MI 48203. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Custom Orders
All products are hand-painted to order. Colors, placement and final appearance may vary slightly from mockups or reference images due to the handmade nature of the work. We use artistic judgment to produce the best result based on the details you provide.
2. Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to decline any order that contains copyrighted or trademarked material we cannot reproduce, hateful content, or designs that violate the intellectual property rights of others. If we cannot fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund.
3. Customer-Provided Content
You must own the rights or have permission to use any photos, logos, names or designs you submit. You grant AirbrushShirt a limited license to use those materials solely to fulfill your order.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed at checkout and include the customization described on each product page. Additional changes requested after production begins may incur extra charges. Payment is processed securely through Shopify.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Processing time is typically 3–5 business days; total delivery is estimated at 5–8 business days for standard shipping. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Custom orders are non-refundable once work has started. See our Refund Policy for replacement terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
AirbrushShirt is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the last updated date.
