Refund & Return Policy
Custom work is made just for you. Read how we handle refunds, replacements and order errors.
Because every AirbrushShirt piece is hand-painted to your specifications, all sales are final once production begins. We do not offer refunds on custom orders, but we stand behind our work and will correct any mistake made on our end.
Order Errors on Our End
If we misspell a name, use the wrong colors, or otherwise make an error that was clearly specified in your order, we will either replace the item or issue a refund within 14 days of delivery. You must notify us with photos of the error within 7 days of receiving your order.
Defective or Damaged Items
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged in shipping. Please email support@airbrushshirt.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and your order number.
Custom Orders Are Non-Refundable
Custom orders — including portraits, memorial designs, names, dates and color changes — cannot be refunded because they are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if production has not yet started. Once painting begins, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled.
How to Request a Replacement
Email support@airbrushshirt.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photos. We typically respond within one business day.
