Shipping Policy
How long custom airbrush orders take, what shipping options we offer, and how to track your package.
Every piece is painted by hand, so please allow processing time before your order ships. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Processing Time
Standard processing is 3–5 business days for most items. Complex designs, portraits, large group orders and shoes may take longer. During peak seasons such as holidays, processing may extend slightly.
Shipping Options & Estimates
- Free Shipping — 5–8 business days (available on orders over $75)
- Standard Shipping — $4.95, estimated 5–7 business days
- Priority Shipping — $8.95, estimated 2–4 business days
These are estimates and not guarantees. Peak seasons and carrier delays can extend delivery times.
Carrier
All orders are shipped through USPS. Tracking will be emailed to you as soon as your label is created.
Shipping Rates for Heavy or Large Orders
Prices above are standard for shirts and hats. Shoes, bulk group orders and oversized packages may have higher shipping rates calculated at checkout based on weight and box size.
International Shipping
At this time we primarily ship within the United States. If you need an order shipped internationally, please contact us before ordering.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please email support@airbrushshirt.com within 48 hours with photos. For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to locate or replace the shipment.
Rush Orders
Need it sooner? Select Priority Shipping at checkout. For event deadlines or tight timelines, contact us before ordering so we can confirm feasibility.
